Biomedical & Clinical Technology Equipment Repair

● Immediate Service Coordination
When equipment requires repair, staff will tag it as “OUT OF SERVICE” and contact the Biomedical Department for assistance.

If external service is needed, Medygate coordinates vendor repairs and maintains detailed documentation.

● Essential Equipment Replacement Support
If a critical device (e.g., ventilator, balloon pump, defibrillator) fails, our biomedical staff provides clinical teams with information to secure a suitable replacement.
